After a year or so’s break, Dexta returns to the Dexta’s Lab mixtape series, a monthly affair covering fresh new music from the recordbox, inbox and boxbox.

“Last year, I had loads of personal commitments, and not gonna lie my time management has a lot to be desired, but this year I said to myself I would get back to work on the mixtape series, and in good old fashion, just before the month is out, here we have it! I’ve spent the last 4 days consolidating and re-organising my music collection, which is proving to be a long ongoing task, but it’s opened my mind to a lot of old music that I used to play out, listen to at home and in the studio, and I’ve got plenty of ideas for where to take this series. The first instalment this year is a mishmash of different styles of music that I’ve been feeling over the past few months and gives a little insight into my club DJ set, expect the unexpected! Also, importantly, massive thanks to everyone who’s been making and sending music to me, it’s all very inspiring” ~ Dexta
